Epsilon C5I, part of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., seeks a Senior Software Engineer II in San Diego, CA to design, develop, and integrate software for complex command and control systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of software engineering experience.
• DoD IAT Level II certification or eligibility required.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and other container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a highly collaborative AGILE software development and integration environment.
• Assist with trouble tickets, update/close tickets, and track items to resolution using Confluence/JIRA.
• Integrate multi-functional applications into container-based support services.
• Write well designed, testable, and efficient code that meets technical requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and lead subsets of the engineering team.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed, approx. 4 weeks per year.
