Job summary

Navidence LLC in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend services using TypeScript, and craft polished frontend experiences with React and React Router. You will collaborate with Knowledge Engineering and customers to deliver high-quality software in a startup environment.

As the third engineer, you will influence architecture and product direction, contribute to testing, code reviews, and end-to-end feature ownership in a fast-moving company

Qualifications

Startup environment experience and ability to adapt.
Proven experience owning production software systems.
Full-stack development with frontend and backend.
Strong SQL and database schema design.
Excellent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork.
Ability to manage multiple priorities from a large backlog.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute projects with the team.
Contribute to testing strategy.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
Own features from initial design through deployment and production support.
Troubleshoot and debug across the stack.
Develop and maintain backend with TypeScript.
Build polished React + React Router UX.
Maintain PostgreSQL schema and queries.
