Job summary

Medallion in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to ship production code from day one and tackle high-impact projects that streamline healthcare workflows. You will collaborate with senior team members, take on growing responsibilities, and contribute to a fast-paced engineering culture.

You’ll work primarily with Python and Django on the backend and React, JavaScript, and TypeScript on the frontend, mentoring others and shaping the engineering roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience across frontend, backend, platform, services, data, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong technical foundation.
• Care deeply about both technical and product success.
• Excellent communication and delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work on high‑impact projects from day one.
• Scope and lead large projects with plans and technical excellence.
• Help develop the team roadmap balancing technical and product tradeoffs.
• Mentor and coach engineers on software quality and best practices.
