Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across one or more teams through the full development lifecycle, architecting scalable solutions.
• Apply deep technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges and code solutions independently.
• Serve as technical lead across applications and ensure quality through design reviews.
• Develop and review User Stories, and write and execute unit/integration tests.
• Remediate defects thoroughly and leave surrounding code in a better state.
• Mentor peers and establish standards for consistency, scalability, and security.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance (SOC1/SOC2, PHI).
• Drive productivity with cross-functional teams and embed AI in the SDLC.
