Job summary

iSono Health is seeking a senior software engineer to architect and develop a state-of-the-art platform, integrating a desktop application with 3D ultrasound visualization and secure cloud back-end for centralized storage and ML.

You will lead a growing team, implement production-grade code, and collaborate with frontend teams to deliver robust, compliant software for medical imaging hardware and software ecosystems.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in C# and C++, .NET in Visual Studio; Python/JavaScript a plus.
• Strong understanding of multi-threaded programming and memory management.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Startup experience preferred; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cross‑platform desktop software architecture for a 3D ultrasound system.
• Integrate imaging algorithms, AI/ML models, and hardware interfaces.
• Develop secure APIs and cloud-enabled services for data ingestion and processing.
• Lead DevOps, CI/CD, and end‑to‑end test automation.
• Collaborate with frontend developers for intuitive user experiences.
• Create comprehensive documentation and mentor junior developers.
