Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team working primarily on greenfield, net-new development. You will own features and contribute to technical design and architecture for enterprise-grade applications.

We value strong fundamentals, collaboration, and the ability to learn new technologies. Core work includes .NET/C#, React or Angular, and cloud platforms, with hybrid onsite at our New York location and other cities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with .NET / C#.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) or similar platform.
• Full-stack development across frontend and backend.
• Ability to own features and drive design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver enterprise-grade software applications.
• Work on greenfield, net-new development.
• Take ownership of features and applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions.
• Participate in code reviews and peer discussions.
• Collaborate with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
