Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build APIs using Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Kafka in a modern event-driven context. You’ll design GraphQL schemas and resolvers, and develop Kafka producers and consumers for scalable, real-time data flows.

This role emphasizes hands-on coding, architectural thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll work with Federated GraphQL concepts and contribute to the evolution of our API strategy, while staying current

Senior Software Engineer – Go, TypeScript, GraphQL & Kafka

Position Overview

Work on software engineering initiatives that combine Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Kafka, with a strong focus on modern API development and event-driven architecture. This role is particularly suited to engineers with hands-on experience developing GraphQL schemas and resolvers and building Kafka producers and consumers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop software using Go and TypeScript.
• Develop GraphQL schemas and resolvers.
• Work with Kafka producers and consumers.
• Apply event-driven architecture in software development.
• Work with GraphQL, with Federated GraphQL experience preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Go.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Experience developing GraphQL schemas and resolvers.
• Hands-on Kafka producer/consumer development.
