Job summary

Lineate is seeking an experienced backend engineer with a strong Go background to shape high-scale solutions. You will work on projects involving LLM integrations, API design, and building language-model–based capabilities for diverse clients.

The role requires you to communicate with customers, perform code reviews, and translate business requirements into robust technical implementations. Hybrid work and a strong collaborative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Hands-on Go (Golang) experience.
• Experience working with LLMs (integration, API usage, building solutions based on language models).
• Fluent in both Russian and English.
• Customer communication, code review, defining coding standards, converting business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience

Must have:

• Strong backend engineering background
• Hands-on experience with Golang
• Experience working with LLMs (integration, API usage, building solutions based on language models)
• Fluent in both Russian and English
• Customer communication, code review, defining coding standards, converting business requirements into technical solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python
• Knowledge and practical experience in Machine Learning
• Experience building and maintaining high-load systems
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design
