As a Front Office Engineer you will shape software that supports pricing, quoting, hedging, risk and P&L management for a range of financial instruments (USTs, Swaps, MBS, etc.) and use AI‑driven analytics for predictive pricing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, low‑latency systems for pricing, quoting, and hedging of a diverse set of financial instruments.
• Develop innovative platforms to enable efficient risk and P&L management for our trading desks.
• Leverage AI‑driven analytics for sophisticated data analysis and to inform predictive pricing strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high‑availability, mission‑critical solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a modern programming language (Java, C/C++, Python).
• Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly identify scope and impact of issues.

Salary Range

$150,000–$300,000 base salary for New York, NY, United States. Eligible for discretionary bonus if an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
