• You will be responsible for owning and delivering quarterly goals, leading engineers through ambiguity, and ensuring everyone is supported.
• You will support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle by collaborating on ideation, articulating technical constraints, and partnering on decisions.

What We Look For:

• You have 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with experience in designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• You have experience shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue, and you efficiently use AI to deliver high-quality products daily.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range per year: £120,000 - £168,000, with equity rewards and monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending.
