Job summary

AANCO Financial Services is seeking a senior software lead to drive large-scale feature implementations for customers and internal teams in the United States. You will mentor junior engineers and oversee the full lifecycle of new features, ensuring robust design and delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in scalable web app development and 2+ years leading technical teams, with strong cloud and container tech experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes). Strong communication is essential.
