Aquent is partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a Senior Software Engineer in Southlake, TX. You will design and implement scalable software solutions across the full stack, from interpreting complex requirements to deploying robust applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# / .NET for backend services.
• Angular front-end experience with TypeScript/HTML/CSS.
• Design, build and consume RESTful APIs; SOAP services knowledge.
• Cloud Foundry experience for cloud-native apps.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot).
• Expertise in unit, integration and manual testing; create test plans and harnesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain applications and services across the tech stack.
• Analyze and resolve client-reported issues with clear documentation.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and defect correction for stability.
• Author and execute comprehensive tests; document results.
• Investigate defects and propose innovative fixes.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and engineers in an Agile environment.
