Bitsight is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Third Party Risk Management team. You will build and maintain SaaS applications, collaborating across multicultural teams to deliver high-quality software.

You own features from design to delivery, value continuous learning, and communicate clearly in English. Proficiency in Python, modern JS frameworks, REST APIs, and CI/CD with Docker/Kubernetes is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Software Engineer building and maintaining a SaaS application.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and collaborative Senior Full Stack Engineer and team player to join one of our multicultural Engineering teams, focusing on our Third Party Risk Management business.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you are known for thinking on your feet, learning quickly, and owning a problem to resolution. You enjoy solving complex problems while contributing with new ideas and techniques, leading to continuous improvement for the team. You enjoy close collaboration to find better ways to deliver great quality software in a high-trust Engineering culture.

Requirements

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to own loosely defined features from technical design through completion, and deliver on commitments.
• Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer building and maintaining a SaaS application.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience maintaining, building, and optimizing REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of modern Javascript (ES6+) and experience with at least one modern web framework (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD (e.g. Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with a team of engineers, and product owners in delivering a product to end-users.
• Results driven. You don't want to just write code, you want to ship code that is loved by customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken.

Preferred

• Experience with modern Python frameworks and technologies, such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with cloud computing environments (E.g., AWS)
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools in daily workflows, including but not limited to Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$119,000 to $150,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.
