Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in HighJump / Koerber / Infios Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to help modernize our warehouse technology stack. You will be pivotal in optimizing our fulfillment operations, building and growing this area of our team. The role may require occasional travel to our Ohio Fulfillment Center, approximately 1–2 times per year.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions that drive business growth.
• Expertise in HighJump / Koerber WMS, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver and optimize fulfillment center functionality.
• Skilled in designing, implementing, and deploying solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ability to translate real-world fulfillment challenges into technical requirements, often with limited specifications.
• Experience working closely with technical product managers to solve operational problems.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one other programming language.
• Growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and eagerness to learn.

Impact and Responsibilities

• Lead in process, tooling, systems, and architecture improvements, bringing innovative solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems, improving test coverage and code quality.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to solve real-world problems and make informed decisions.

Salary range : $140,477 – $210,612, plus equity, bonuses, and benefits. Pay varies based on location, skills, and experience.
