ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE with FS poly REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzes user interfaces, maintains hardware and software performance tuning, analyzes workload and computer usage.
2. Maintains interfaces with outside systems, analyzes downtimes, and proposed system modifications, upgrades, and new COTS.
3. Defines the problem and develops system requirements and program specifications, from which programmers prepare detailed flow charts, programs, and tests.
4. Coordinates closely with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications.
5. Develops, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

Requires a minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.
Bachelor's Degree
