What you'll do...

Join the International Digital Experiences team and help transform online shopping across different countries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building reusable React components, managing data with Redux, react query, and GraphQL.
  • Measuring and resolving performance issues using tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPagetest, or custom solutions.
  • Refactoring and improving existing JavaScript codebase.
  • Collaborating with product, design, and UX teams to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Implementing tools, processes, and documentation to enhance code quality.
  • Solving challenging programming and design problems with technical expertise.
  • Reviewing code from team members and other teams.
  • Deploying features to hundreds of thousands of users with autonomy.
  • Supporting our Node-based developer platform.
  • Sharing knowledge through one-on-one sessions or lightning talks.
  • Working with urgency, embracing mistakes, and driving team success.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years in object-oriented design and software development.
  • 4+ years building responsive, single-page web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Thorough understanding of React, Node.js, and core principles.
  • 4+ years creating or consuming RESTful web services.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical issues.
  • Expertise in unit testing and TDD.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in relevant fields with 1+ year of experience in software engineering.
  • Background in creating accessible digital experiences, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating accessibility seamlessly.
