Job summary

Retell AI in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Frontend Engineer to build the UI for our voice AI platform. You’ll create prompt management, dashboards, analytics tools, and customer-facing interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborating with backend and DevOps to keep systems fast and scalable.

You will own frontend projects end to end, partner with customers to onboard and debug real-world use cases, and translate feedback into UX improvements in a fast-paced, founder-minded team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Retell AI transforms customer experience with voice AI for enterprises, including customers like CVS/Aetna, American Airlines, Lenovo, and Grab. We have more customer stories than we can tell!

As a Frontend Engineer at Retell AI, you’ll build the user experiences that power our voice automation platform from prompt management and dashboards to analytics and customer-facing tools. You’ll design and ship intuitive, responsive interfaces using React and TypeScript, working closely with backend and DevOps partners to ensure everything is fast, reliable, and scalable.

You’ll own frontend projects end to end, collaborate directly with customers to onboard and debug real-world use cases, and turn feedback into meaningful UX improvements. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll move quickly, take ownership, and help shape a product used in production by teams building with voice AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
