Our Customer Experience engineering teams build the digital products and platforms that connect collectors with the services and experiences that matter most to them. Across web and mobile surfaces, these teams create intuitive, reliable, and scalable customer‑facing experiences that support discovery, submissions, order tracking, account management, collecting, and marketplace interactions. Teams work closely with product, design, data, and platform partners to deliver high‑quality software that improves the collector journey end to end, while balancing speed, craftsmanship, and long‑term maintainability.
We are looking for a Senior Front‑End Software Engineer who is passionate about building polished, performant, and user‑centered experiences at scale. This person has strong expertise in modern front‑end development, brings sound engineering judgment, and can independently drive complex work from concept through delivery. They care deeply about code quality, usability, and maintainable architecture, and they collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design to solve meaningful customer problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, improving systems as they go, and raising the bar for technical execution across the team.
We believe there is significant value in onsite partnership and team collaboration, and candidates within 1‑hour commuting distance of the office may be expected to work onsite most of the time. Additional details will be discussed during the recruiting process.
The salary range for this position is $140,971-$228,870. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
