Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
• Experience building on AWS or cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong product judgment balancing user needs, business priorities and technical constraints.
• Experience collaborating with product and design to solve ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency while ensuring product quality.
• Approach decisions with a product mindset considering user needs and business goals.
• Partner with product and design to clarify requirements and improve user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements in development.
• Ensure security and performance of applications.
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings; 9am or 3pm CT.
• Adapt to evolving roles as the company grows.
• Participate in annual team meetings with travel.
