Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC. seeks an experienced software engineer to develop, test, and integrate complex software systems spanning UI and server components. The role emphasizes design, performance, and leadership in a high-security environment.

Required are TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a CS-related degree or equivalent experience, and 20+ years in software engineering including C/C++/assembly, plus reverse engineering and UI/AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
20+ years software engineering experience with at least 6 years in C/C++/assembly.
4+ years in software reverse engineering.
Experience with Flutter/Dart or similar UI technologies, AI integration, 802.11, wireless/RF, networking, and system integration.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, test, debug, and integrate complex software systems, including user interfaces and server components, meeting documented design and performance requirements.
Analyze requirements, implement algorithms and database interfaces, resolve defects, contribute to system design and documentation, and support testing and team leadership.
