Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC. seeks an experienced software engineer to develop, test, and integrate complex software systems spanning UI and server components. The role emphasizes design, performance, and leadership in a high-security environment.

Required are TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a CS-related degree or equivalent experience, and 20+ years in software engineering including C/C++/assembly, plus reverse engineering and UI/AI capabilities.

• 20+ years software engineering experience with at least 6 years in C/C++/assembly.
• 4+ years in software reverse engineering.
• Experience with Flutter/Dart or similar UI technologies, AI integration, 802.11, wireless/RF, networking, and system integration.

Job description

Develop, maintain, test, debug, and integrate complex software systems, including user interfaces and server components, while meeting documented design and performance requirements. Analyze requirements, implement algorithms and database interfaces, resolve defects, contribute to system design and documentation, and support testing and team leadership.

Requirements: Requires a current Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or qualifying additional software engineering experience in lieu of the degree. Requires 20 years of software engineering experience, including six years coding in C, C++, or assembly and four years in software reverse engineering, plus experience with Flutter/Dart or similar UI technologies, AI integration, 802.11, wireless/RF, networking, and system integration.
