Candidate requirements include 5+ years with a Bachelor’s (or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years total experience) and experience with container-based tech, web services, and product development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with a Bachelor's, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years total experience.
• Experience with container-based technologies.
• Experience building and testing enterprise-scale web services.
• Experience in product development and client-facing projects.
• Experience in software engineering or related field.
• Experience in developing web-based or mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements for product components and incorporate feedback.
• Translate requirements into system designs and define component interactions.
• Design and develop product components and lead design reviews.
• Contribute to project estimation and suppress delays.
• Lead by example to create extensible, reusable code and drive quality.
• Apply debugging tools to resolve moderately complex issues and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Create complex test plans and address defects to minimize impact.
• Use data analysis and monitoring to identify patterns and issues.
• Respond to incidents during on-call rotations and assist in resolution.
• Build, enhance, and identify new developer tools for programs.
