Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or 2+ years with an Advanced degree) or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience in software engineering or a directly related field.
• Experience in developing and/or implementing web-based or mobile applications.
• Experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Experience in technologies/software systems or a directly related field.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test plans and executing testing procedures.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Experience in code review and applying coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Design code and systems touching 40% of the world population with scalable standards.
• Collaborate across functions to develop software solutions for Visa offerings.
• Contribute to product quality, service technology, and new business flows in agile squads.
• Develop robust, scalable products for end-user merchants, b2b, and government solutions.
• Leverage technologies to build next-gen Payment Services, Real-Time Payments, and BNPL tech.
• Mentor teammates and pursue continued learning opportunities.
