Job summary

Swift is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, build, and evolve secure FINTECH applications in a high‑performance C++ environment. You will work across containers, orchestration, and microservices to deliver reliable financial messaging services.

The role emphasizes low-latency architectures, multithreading, and secure coding practices on RHEL platforms, with collaboration across product, QA, and DevOps teams. Remote/onsite flexibility is considered where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IS or related field.
• 5–10 years hands-on experience in C++ (C++11/14/17).
• Strong object‑oriented design, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency controls, memory management and high throughput applications.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, functions, triggers, indexing and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, fault-tolerant FINTECH applications using C++.
• Develop services and components that integrate via gRPC and REST APIs.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on RHEL-based systems.
• Collaborate with infra teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines and smooth deployments.
• Develop and maintain microservices and distributed components using gRPC and REST APIs.
• Create CI/CD improvements and automation for service rollout and environment consistency.
