Seekr seeks a Software Engineer to scale and productionize applications in its federal solutions portfolio. You will work with AI engineers to build secure, durable, and scalable services across environments from cloud to air-gapped networks.

You will drive architecture, security controls, and observability while contributing to a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. This role offers a flexible hybrid setup with strong emphasis on mission impact.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Active U.S. security clearance at the Top Secret level is required.
• Hands-on depth in Python, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, containerization, distributed systems, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with AI engineers to ship production-ready features.
• Own the path from prototype to stable, accredited service.
• Drive engineering best practices across the federal team.
• Design systems meeting security controls as a first-class requirement.
• Build hardened container images, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment artifacts.
• Debug and perform root cause analysis in limited observability environments.
• Collaborate with Product to decompose requirements into actionable work.
• Mentor engineers through code and design reviews.
