Job summary

Collective S is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET C#, Web API, React, Node.js, NPM, Swagger, Redis, SQL Server and Azure. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teammates to understand requirements and implement robust solutions.

The role requires six years of experience with .NET C# and SQL Server, plus hands-on work with React, Node.js, NPM, and modern JavaScript tooling.

• Six+ years of software development experience with .NET C# and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Conduct code reviews and write design tasks.
• Adhere to software development methodologies, version control (Git), Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and migration standards.

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using a mix of technologies including .NET C#, Web API (REST), React, Node.js, NPM, Swagger, Redis Cache, jQuery, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud services, selected based on the specific needs of each project.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and other IT team members to understand requirements and implement appropriate solutions.

• Develop and maintain Unit Tests and Integration Tests.
• Conduct code reviews and write design tasks.

• Adhere to software development methodologies, version control (Git), Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and migration standards.

At least six years of experience in software development, specifically with .NET C# and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Two or more years of experience working with jQuery ora modern equivalent such as React.
• At least two years of hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and NPM.
• Proficient in using development tools such as Postman, Chrome Developer Tools, Fiddler, Visual Studio 2017+, and SQL Management Studio.
• Two or more years of experience with Git for version control
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong team player with a proactive thinking approach, providing solutions and possessing excellent troubleshooting skills.
