Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
• 12+ years building software for autonomous vehicles, robotics, or large ML systems.
• Strong Python and data engineering skills for production-scale pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the eval flywheel architecture and strategy for data, metrics, and datasets.
• Set quality standards for evaluation, versioning, health, and release processes.
• Build tooling for dataset pipelines, metric performance, and QA reporting.
• Collaborate with test engineering, behavior planning, and infrastructure teams.
• Work with AI model developers to improve evaluation speed and reliability.
