Qualifications

14+ years of software development experience or 18+ years total experience.
Experience with ERP ecosystems and AI frameworks is preferred.
Familiarity with integrating third-party solutions and enhancing system performance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions leveraging modern development tools, AI frameworks, COTS, and GOTS technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and development to deployment and ongoing support.
Work on AI-driven projects and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Integrate third-party solutions and optimize system performance to meet evolving project requirements.
