Hybrid work requires 4 days in-office per week in New York. You will collaborate with Quantitative Developers, Product Managers, and clients to transform complex trading workflows into reliable software, lead design within the team, and contribute to

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong production work in Python.
• Experience in energy and commodities tech (ETRM/CTRM) or trading/risk systems.
• Knowledge of market conventions, deal structures, and trade lifecycle events for derivatives.
• Ability to work across languages and DBMS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying software on public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong design skills and ability to lead feature-level design.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain features for trade capture, lifecycle, position management, and risk workflows for global commodities.
• Extend platform frameworks that consume pricing libraries, data, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Translate requirements into well-designed features with Product Managers and Quant Developers.
• Lead design discussions and code reviews, apply architectural standards.
