Job summary
A leading defense technology company is seeking a Software Engineer III/IV to design and develop applications for military software solutions. You will work with embedded systems and lead the development of user-friendly interfaces. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and relevant experience, as well as eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance. This is a full-time role based in Maryland offering competitive compensation and benefits, including flexible work schedules and education assistance.
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience for Level III; 10 years for Level IV.
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects on time.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using languages such as C#, C++, Java, and Python.
- Work with embedded systems, including microcontrollers, GPUs, and FPGA interfaces.
- Lead the development of graphical user interfaces for multi-functional systems.
