Responsibilities

• Own the software stack for drone and swapper platform across mobile, diagnostics, and cloud layers.
• Investigate and resolve production issues requiring direct hardware access with minimal latency.
• Build and improve logging and diagnostics to enhance observability across mobile, cloud, and robotics layers.
• Collaborate daily with Mobile, Autonomy, Backend, and QA teams to ship reliable software across the full system.
• Own features end-to-end from investigation through deployment, including customer-facing production issues.
• Contribute to long-term architecture of a unified software platform for drone and swapper systems.
