Neros is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Application team in the United States. You will design and deliver end-to-end software and tooling used by operators and engineers, including mission planning and control interfaces, desktop tools, and integration with external command-and-control and situational awareness systems.

Qualifications

• - 7+ years of experience designing, building and deploying production software.
• - Deep expertise in TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust or another modern application language.
• - Track record owning significant software end-to-end from design to production.
• - Experience with cross-platform desktop or modern web shipped to real users.
• - Solid networking fundamentals and handling unreliable/ high-latency links.
• - Experience integrating with external systems and APIs owned by other teams.
• - Experience building test harnesses or simulators.

Responsabilités

• - Design, build, and maintain applications and integrations for operators and engineers.
• - Build cross-platform desktop and web applications (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• - Own interfaces, data models, APIs, and external specifications.
• - Design software that behaves well with intermittent connectivity.
• - Build test harnesses and simulators for system validation and field testing.
• - Write unit and integration tests in collaboration with the test organization.
