RTX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Test Solution to design, develop, integrate, and maintain software for on-site defense systems in Tucson, AZ. You will build applications and drivers using C, C#, and C++ within a .NET environment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support weapon system product development.

The role requires a security clearance (Secret) and U.S. citizenship, with a strong background in Windows/Visual Studio and software architecture.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Five years’ experience developing and integrating software using C, C#, C++ in a .NET framework, plus Java, Python or Visual Basic.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Visual Studio is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued (Secret) security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
