We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building a highly scalable control plane to simplify infrastructure orchestration for modern cloud-native environments. Our platform empowers platform teams and developers to manage compute, data, and services across clusters and environments with speed and confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement backend services in Golang and Python to power our core control plane infrastructure
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant components that manage stateful resources across multi-tenant systems
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Own service-level telemetry, observability, and CI/CD for your services
• Help shape the system architecture and make key technology decisions for the platform
• Contribute to API and SDK design for seamless integration with developer tools
• Languages: Golang, Python
• Cloud: AWS, GCP
• DevOps: Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Prometheus/Grafana
• Observability: OpenTelemetry, Sentry
• 3+ years of experience building backend systems, ideally in high-scale or distributed environments
• Strong proficiency in Golang or Python, with an eagerness to work in both
• Experience designing REST/gRPC APIs and working with microservices
• Understanding of distributed system concepts like consensus, state management, and failure recovery
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, control planes, or infrastructure-as-code is a big plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, product-focused startup environment
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems
• Contributions to open source projects (esp. infrastructure or dev tooling)
• Interest in building developer-first platforms or PaaS-like abstractions
• Work on hard technical problems with real-world impact
