The role involves translating product vision into technical roadmaps and owning multiple systems with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern testing frameworks, with experience in CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area; 3 years of software engineering experience; OR Master’s degree with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement large-scale distributed systems that process large volumes of data.
• Translate business problems into executable technical design and roadmaps.
• Own multiple systems and guide engineers, product managers, and leaders to impact the business.
• Participate in setting a vision and objectives aligned with market needs.
• Provide oversight and direction in cross‑team efforts.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews to ensure quality.
