TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking an experienced systems engineer to design and operate critical developer tooling for US infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, build chains, and artifact repositories. You will champion secure software supply chain practices and automate policy-as-code gates to keep releases stable and compliant.

Candidates should have 5+ years in CS, a BS/MS, and expert in Go, Python or Node.js, plus hands-on with AWS, GCP or Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field is required and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience managing large-scale CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Node.js with strong scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate critical developer tooling including CI/CD pipelines and artifact repositories.
• Lead secure software supply chain controls and policy-as-code gates for stability and compliance.
