Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum experience: five years in software development with at least one programming language and familiarity with systems and algorithms.
• Three years experience in building, maintaining, or launching software products and at least one year in software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Write and review product or device improvement code.
• Participate in or lead design discussions with colleagues and stakeholders to make technology selections.
• Review code written by other developers and provide feedback to ensure quality and promote best practices (e.g., style guidelines, code checks, correctness, testability, efficiency).
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and update content based on product/application updates and customer feedback.
• Triage product or device issues, debug, and resolve them by investigating root causes and impact on hardware, network, or carrier operations and performance.
