About the team/role
Checkr is looking for a skilled backend Senior Software Engineer to join the Product Enablement team. Our team is dedicated to enhancing Checkr’s scalability, flexibility, and speed to market for products by developing and promoting adoption of foundational platform components. You will play a critical role in executing proof of concept projects, driving towards a north star architectural vision for our background check products, and ensuring seamless internal customer validation and platform adoption.
You will be vital in deprecating legacy platforms to reduce complexity and enhance developer productivity. Addressing the slow speed of new product development and mitigating tech debt are key challenges in this role, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our platform. The base salary range for this role is $148,637 to $174,867 in Denver, CO.
