Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a performance-driven Senior Software Engineer to support US Army programs. The role focuses on analytical, financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. Multiple locations may be involved.

The candidate will build high-quality software compliant with DoD standards, design and implement software, and participate in testing and certification activities to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• BA/BS in CS or related field with 10–12 years software engineering experience in DoD environment.
• 1 academic year with 1 year experience possible; substitution rule applies.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with DoD coding standards.
• Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications.
• Support and/or install software applications/operating systems.
• Participate in testing, review, analysis, and certification of software.

Education

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Programming

1 academic year post-secondary program for 1 year experience (substitutable by 3 years additional experience)
