Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Software Engineer to join a mission-critical IT program inQuantico, VA. You will work with site partners to ensure data ingest, formatting, and transformation per customer specifications, review existing software, and resolve issues.

You will lead software development efforts, design complex data interfaces, and implement algorithms to meet performance standards. The role requires a 14+ year SWE background, a Bachelor's in CS or related field, and experience with C#, MS SQL

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with C#, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL database

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
• Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.
• Write or review software and system documentation.
• Oversee software development teams and ensure work follows the chosen process.
• Coordinate software installation and monitor equipment to meet specifications.
