Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Level 3 Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex software for government missions. You will analyze requirements, implement algorithms, and ensure performance across data-intensive systems, often collaborating with hardware and system engineers.

The role requires deep SWE experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active security clearance. You will lead teams as appropriate and contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities while integrating

Qualifications

• 20 years’ SWE experience in similar scope programs required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline required.
• Equivalent 4 years additional SWE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with C++, K8, Python 3.0, GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and Sprint Development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet performance standards.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning.
