What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
- Experience in deploying best practices with scalable design patterns

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data normalization techniques
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and championing engineering best practices
