Job summary

Speechify, a fast-growing tech company, seeks a Senior Software Engineer for its Core Experiences Team to design scalable APIs and infrastructure across platforms. You will partner with product teams to scope and ship cross-platform SDKs, focusing on performance and reliability.

You will contribute to cloud functions and backend services using Kotlin, while collaborating with designers, PMs, and marketers in a high-growth, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform development and cross-platform APIs.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services is a plus.
• Ability to design end-to-end, simple, reliable systems.
• Strong collaboration with designers, PMs and marketers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Teams to scope projects and deliver cross-platform SDK solutions.
• Optimize functionality for faster loading and smarter parsing through efficient abstractions.
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services and jobs using Kotlin.
