Speechify, the fastest growing AI audio platform, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Core Experiences Team. You’ll design reliable APIs, build cross-platform SDKs, and shape infrastructure that underpins the product across devices.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and PMs, ship Kotlin-based features, optimize performance, and contribute to scalable cloud services. We value systems thinking, speed, focus, and collaboration in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable APIs and SDKs.
• Proven track record shipping cross‑platform features.
• Strong collaboration with product, design and PM teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Teams to scope projects and balance UX tradeoffs for cross-platform SDKs.
• Design and optimize APIs and abstractions to improve loading times and parsing.
• Ship cloud functions and backend services using Kotlin.
