Job summary

Rad AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build Continuity, our care coordination and follow-up product, for radiology teams. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, ML specialists, and product leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in multi-tenant environments.
• Deep knowledge of Python and FastAPI or equivalent.
• Experience with relational and document databases.
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture and best practices.
• Experience with unit and integration tests.
• Experience with distributed teams and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale web applications to streamline radiology workflows.
• Build Python/FastAPI backend services, REST APIs, and ML pipeline integrations.
• Create new features to support a growing customer base.
• Write secure, clean, and maintainable code for HIPAA-compliant environments.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, Data Science, and Customer Success teams.
• Improve product quality, security, and performance across the codebase.
• Drive engineering practices through code reviews and design discussions.
