Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently with growing influence on team decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Typescript.
• Solid PostgreSQL experience including schema design and query performance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences.
