Relias in Morrisville, NC is seeking a technically oriented leader to guide architecture and delivery of complex cloud-based solutions. You will provide technical leadership, set standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes performance optimization, mentoring, code reviews, and thorough documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure) are required, with Azure certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project execution in a team-specific context, demonstrating the ability to lead projects within a specialized team environment.
• Experience building native cloud applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Microsoft AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals Certification (if certification is not current, must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment)
• AI-200 Certification: Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate Certification (if certification is not current, must be obtained within first 6 months of start date)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, solution validation, and architectural leadership on complex projects.
• Collaborate with Team Lead, Manager, Architects, Cloud Engineers, and stakeholders to define project goals and standards.
• Analyze existing applications for performance improvements and scalability.
• Mentor associates, mid-level developers, and new team members.
• Oversee code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality metrics.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
