Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering or business.
• 5+ years in IT with application development, maintenance and support.
• 3+ years in a mid-level engineering role.
• 2+ years in Software/Systems Engineering.
• 1+ years in Agile projects.
• Proficiency in modern languages and scripting.
• Experience with Java, Web, databases, Salesforce or SAP.
• Cloud-native database design and AWS cloud tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical requirements with business and DevOps teams.
• Build new applications and features following Agile methodology.
• Mentor mid-level developers and perform peer reviews.
• Implement automated tests and maintain deployment pipelines.
• Document procedures and manage cloud-native upgrades.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and promote customer-centric design.
• Evaluate vendors and open-source solutions for quality.
• Provide guidance to PMs, POs and global teams on engineering best practices.
