Responsibilities
- Design and implement services and components utilizing Go for cloud-based platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and integrate APIs for medical data sharing
- Ensure performance, uptime, and scale while maintaining high standards of code quality and design
- Engage in technical planning, design, and code reviews, including peer reviews of Pull Requests
- Build out internal tooling and APIs to enhance business and engineering processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor
0Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4+ years of software development experience
- Strong knowledge of Go programming language and best practices, including concurrency
- Practical experience with RESTful APIs and microservices development
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Practical knowledge of Linux
- Experience in designing and maintaining complex asynchronous messaging and backend processing jobs
- Familiarity with data design and database technologies such as Postgres or similar
