Job summary

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to proposals, and deliver robust software for national-level programs while maintaining high technical standards and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency with C++, Rust, Python, or similar modern languages.
• Experience on Linux and with modern software tooling.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead components of communication and networking software development and mentor junior engineers.
• Own the implementation of command-and-control interfaces, simulations, and data visualizations.
• Design and optimize algorithms for signal processing, autonomy, or embedded systems; review team designs.
• Lead integration of software into distributed or real-time systems ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to proposal sections as a technical subject matter contributor.
